Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and flexible Nurse to join our team as a contingent staffer. This role requires a commitment to providing high-quality patient care, with an expectation to float to various areas of need within the facility. Candidates must be prepared to accept assignments promptly and adapt to dynamic patient care environments.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients across different units as needed.
- Float to various departments within the facility based on staffing needs.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures regarding patient care and safety.
- Respond to call requirements within 30 minutes.
- Work every other weekend as part of the normal schedule.
- Participate in unit-based activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current registered nursing license.
- Valid certifications related to nursing and patient care.
- Completion of flu and COVID vaccinations, with accommodations for medical or religious declinations.
