Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

8-hour Day Shift; 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our outpatient team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and delivering therapeutic interventions in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Conduct evaluations and assessments for patients.
Implement treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Provide patient education and resources for continued care.
Coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Outpatient experience preferred.
New graduates are welcome to apply.
