Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab RN to join our team at a leading Atrial Fibrillation Certified hospital. This facility is renowned for its exceptional care, offering a comprehensive range of services including cardiology and cardiovascular surgery, among others. As part of the Cath Lab team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to patients undergoing various cardiac procedures.
Responsibilities
- Assist in performing catheterizations and other interventional procedures.
- Provide attentive patient monitoring and care during procedures.
- Utilize advanced skills including sedation, atherectomy, IVUS, and thrombectomy as required.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the unit.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current RN licensure in the state of Florida.
- Must possess BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Prior Cath Lab experience is essential.
- Experience with LHC, RHC, and coronary interventions preferred.
- RCIS certification is a plus, but not required.
