Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Travel RN with experience in Med Surg, specifically in a Stroke Unit. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a medical-surgical nursing setting. This essential role requires proficiency in NIHSS and BLS, along with an active Florida state or multi-state nursing license.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in the Stroke Unit.
- Administer medications and perform assessments as required.
- Utilize NIHSS for evaluation and documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for optimal patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Active FL state or multistate nursing license.
- BLS certification.
- NIHSS certification.
- Minimum 2+ years of recent experience as an RN in a Med Surg setting.
- Experience with stroke patients is a must.
