- Nights: 12-hour shifts - 7pm-7am
Job Description
The Registered Nurse in the Medical Step-Down unit will be responsible for providing care to patients who meet the Medical Step-Down level of care. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
Responsibilities
- Care for patients who require medical step-down level care.
- Monitor patient status and manage treatment plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide high-quality patient care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
- Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification for healthcare providers from the American Heart Association.
Preferred Qualifications
- BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
- Certification in Nursing or other professional certification recognized by the Magnet Association.
