Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Burn ICU team, where you will provide specialized care for critically ill patients. This department is equipped with advanced technology and offers a supportive environment for both patients and staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Burn ICU, ensuring adherence to established protocols and best practices.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing nursing interventions as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and recovery plans.
- Utilize advanced equipment such as ventilators and specialty beds.
- Participate in patient documentation and compliance with Meditech systems.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- ICU experience preferred, with a patient ratio of 2:1.
