Physical Therapist - Outpatient & Inpatient Experience Preferred

8-hour day shifts, 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM, 5 days a week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient settings, and while inpatient experience is preferred, we offer training for those who may not have it.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and create treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions tailored to each patient's needs.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Colorado Physical Therapist License is required.
• Minimum of outpatient experience is mandatory; inpatient experience is a plus but training is available.
