Night shift: 3x12-hour (18:45 - 07:15), with weekend requirements every other week.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing dysrhythmias and a strong ability to interpret telemetry readings. The nurse will work within a 41-bed inpatient unit focused on renal and limb preservation patients, ensuring optimal patient care through a collaborative interdisciplinary approach.

Responsibilities

• Monitor telemetry readings and manage dysrhythmias in patients.
• Provide bedside care to renal and limb preservation patients, including those on dialysis.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver optimal patient care.
• Participate in daily team meetings to discuss care plans and patient progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as per protocols and guidelines.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with a focus on telemetry preferred.
• Current BCLS certification is required; ACLS certification is preferred.
• Ability to interpret dysrhythmias and manage dysrhythmias effectively.
• Experience with EPIC or other electronic medical record systems is preferred.
