Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. This role involves providing essential therapy services aimed at enhancing the quality of life for our patients. The Occupational Therapist will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to assess patient needs, create tailored treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to identify patient needs.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct patient care and comprehensive therapy services.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
- Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
