Job Description
The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused either a decline in physical mobility or functional independence. This includes acute and swing bed rehab, as well as a variety of outpatient services such as sports and orthopedic rehab, pediatric rehab, neurological and stroke rehab, balance and dizziness rehab, wheelchair seating, and neck, back, and extremity care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
- Implement therapy interventions to improve patients' physical mobility and functional independence.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families regarding rehabilitation processes and home exercises.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapy license is required.
- Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification is required.
- Ability to travel to multiple points of care.
