This is a full-time position with a Day 5x8-Hour schedule, working from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. This position will involve providing high-quality rehabilitation services to patients, including those requiring some inpatient care. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working in a similar setting.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic interventions to optimize patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Physical Therapist license required.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience is required; 2 years preferred.
• 1 reference required for submission.
