Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. This role requires providing high-quality care for a diverse caseload of patients, including adults, adolescents, and geriatric populations, focusing on various orthopedic conditions. You will be responsible for evaluating patient needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and facilitating recovery through evidence-based interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments, including Gross Motor Assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Manage a caseload of 55+ visits per day, ensuring productivity and proper documentation.
• Provide interventions for a variety of diagnoses and conditions, including but not limited to:
• Orthopedic: Achilles Tendonitis, ACL Tear, Back Pain, and more.
• Neuro: Parkinson's Disease, TMJ Dysfunction.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Physical Therapist.
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Maryland.
• Strong skills in case management and patient assessment.
