Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of NetHealth (Rehab Optima) and a current California nursing license.
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care and support for individuals in a skilled nursing facility.
- Administer medications and manage patient assessments.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create effective treatment plans.
- Utilize NetHealth (Rehab Optima) for documentation and coordination of care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF) preferred.
- Knowledge of NetHealth (Rehab Optima) is advantageous.
