Job Description

Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
- Implement effective therapy interventions to aid in patient recovery.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to enhance patient care and outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in Arizona with a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting.
