Schedule

8-hour day shift with 36 hours guaranteed, with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week. Overtime must be approved by the director before any hours are worked.

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Outpatient Physical Therapist for our Parker, CO location. The candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse patient population, including active patients, post-operative cases, and sports injuries, with a focus on rehabilitation and functional recovery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day, meeting a productivity expectation of 60 visits per week.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and assist in the double-booking of follow-up visits.
• Provide quality care in outpatient settings across multiple clinics as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist license for Colorado or have applied and provide confirmation.
• Outpatient experience is preferred.
• New graduates are not accepted; first-time travelers are welcome.
