Job Description
As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs to help patients develop, recover, or maintain daily living and work skills. You will support participants in achieving optimal independence, safety, and quality of life through therapeutic interventions aligned with interdisciplinary care plans.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' needs and develop tailored treatment programs.
- Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing patients' daily living and work skills.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to align care plans with patient goals.
- Support elderly and frail populations in achieving optimal health and well-being.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- 1-3 years experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
- 1 year experience working with elderly and frail population required.
- Current registration as an occupational therapist by the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
- Colorado state licensure must be maintained throughout employment.
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and adequate automobile insurance.
