3x12-Hour shifts, Nights from 19:00 to 07:30. Requires floating between all campuses as needed. Every 3rd weekend and holidays are required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehab department specializing in acute care rehabilitation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients with diverse needs such as CVA, TBI, ABI, spinal cord injury, and generalized debility.

Responsibilities

• Interpret laboratory results and perform medication reconciliation.
• Conduct patient health assessments including history and allergies.
• Monitor vital signs: blood pressure, respiration, temperature, and pulse.
• Perform dressing changes and set up aseptic/sterile procedure trays.
• Engage in telephone triage, including pharmacy calls and patient refill requests.
• Provide care and support to patients recovering from neurological diagnoses and post-operative surgical procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of acute care rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Current RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• EPIC charting experience required.
• Candidates must pass a mandatory EKG examination as part of the compliance process.
• No first-time travelers will be accepted.
