Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated nursing professional to provide high-quality care in a subacute and skilled nursing environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to patient-centered care and exhibit strong clinical skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and provide updates to medical staff.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Active nursing license in the applicable state.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or subacute care setting is preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
