Schedule

Day Shift: 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:00), rotating weekends on a 6-week basis. No on-call required.

Job Description

The Occupational Therapist will provide evaluations and implement treatment plans for patients in an acute care setting. The position requires flexible coverage across various units, including Acute, Medical, ICU, and Inpatient Rehab, managing a diverse range of diagnoses and conditions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations for patients with various conditions including multi-trauma, orthopedic, and neurological diagnoses.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with patient needs and goals.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to enhance recovery.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation in the Epic charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active WA Occupational Therapy License (required at the time of submission).
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care experience.
• Experience with inpatient rehabilitation preferred.
• Ability to work with a variety of patient ages including adults and geriatrics.
• Strong skills in time management and flexibility in work assignments.
