This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday, with one weekend day per month. One compensatory day is also included.
Job Description
We are seeking a Physical Therapist with inpatient rehabilitation experience to provide excellent care to patients recovering from severe injuries or illnesses in a state-of-the-art facility. This position involves evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation of therapy interventions for adult and older adult patient populations, particularly those with neurological conditions such as CVA.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions to promote patient recovery and improve mobility.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current Physical Therapy license.
- Experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred.
