Registered Nurse - Acute Rehabilitation

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day Shift: 5x8-Hour (08:30 - 17:00)

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with experience in acute rehabilitation or a willingness to float to the unit with the proper orientation. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively in a dynamic team to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

Deliver patient care in an acute rehabilitation setting.
Monitor and assess patient conditions and interventions.
Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to implement and evaluate treatment plans.
Provide education and support to patients and their families.
Manage and maintain patient documentation utilizing the Epic charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience, with acute rehabilitation experience preferred.
Valid RN license required.
Experience with Epic charting system is mandatory.
