Day shift, 4x10 hours (07:00 - 17:00). Weekends required on a rotating basis.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide care in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have flexible availability and the ability to float between different units, including Acute, Medical, ICU, and Inpatient Rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients in various hospital settings including acute care and rehabilitation.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care initiatives.
• Manage a patient ratio of approximately 1:10, ensuring high-quality care delivery.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic health record system (Epic).
• Assist patients with diagnoses such as multi-trauma, surgical, orthopedic, and neurological disorders.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Washington State Occupational Therapy License.
• Acute care experience is mandatory.
• Prior experience in Inpatient Rehab Facility (IRF) is preferred.
• Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Positive attitude and ability to fit into a fun and collaborative team environment.
