Physical Therapist - Outpatient & Inpatient Coverage

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift, 5x8 hours (07:00 - 16:00) with rotating weekends (less than once per month). Monday to Friday with 1 hour unpaid lunch.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a role that includes 80% outpatient and 20% inpatient coverage. The patient population primarily consists of individuals with general degenerative conditions, post-surgical cases, workers' compensation, and trauma across all ages typical of a rural clinic setting. Wound care duties may be required if certified.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for a diverse patient population.
• Provide therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document and track patient progress in accordance with facility policies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of experience in physical therapy.
• Valid state license is required at the time of submission.
• References must reflect 2 years in the specialty being submitted for.
