Registered Respiratory Therapist - Night Shift

Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts; 7p-7a.

Job Description

Join a dynamic team as a Respiratory Therapist in an acute care setting within a 200+ bed teaching hospital that features a level 2 trauma center. This position involves a focus on adult critical care, with limited med-surg patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care and therapy to adult and geriatric patients.
• Utilize advanced respiratory equipment and provide emergency interventions.
• Perform assessments and modify techniques as necessary to meet patient needs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including Rapid Response Teams.
• Document patient care and treatment plans using Epic charting system.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of charge experience required.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
• Experience with Trauma Level II care preferred.
• Valid state license and required certifications must be provided at the time of submission.
