Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a 25-bed critical access hospital. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, collaborating with healthcare teams, and ensuring the best possible outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities

Assess and monitor patient health status
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Develop and implement individualized care plans
Document patient care and progress accurately
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current RN license in the state of Tennessee
Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
Additional certifications as per LPNT checklist
All clinical staff must be checked against the Tennessee Abuse Registry prior to assignment start date
