Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Outpatient Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and providing treatment plans for patients within an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient therapy, although new graduates are welcomed to apply. A productive workload is anticipated, with expectations of seeing 12-14 patients per day and achieving a weekly target of 60 patient visits.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
- Implement therapy interventions and assess treatment outcomes.
- Manage a caseload of patients, ensuring quality care and support.
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and promote patient-centered care.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current Physical Therapist Licensure in the state of practice.
- Outpatient experience is preferred, but new graduates will be considered.
