12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, every other weekend, and rotating holidays with potential charge shifts.
Job Description
The Registered Nurse will provide telemetry care for patients with diverse medical/surgical needs, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to protocols. Responsibilities include monitoring cardiac patients, performing assessments, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor telemetry patients and interpret telemetry data.
- Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members for comprehensive patient care.
- Provide education and support to patients and families.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- 5 years of RN experience with a minimum of 1 year of travel experience.
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
- Charge nurse experience preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license and meet other specified credentials.
