Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team in a dynamic and supportive environment. As a nurse, you will provide exceptional patient care, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and contribute to the overall well-being of the patients you serve.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Monitor and assess patient health conditions and progress.
Develop and implement nursing care plans.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
Educate patients and families about health management and disease prevention.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current RN license in the state of Texas.
Previous nursing experience preferred.
Required certifications must be obtained prior to start.
