Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our team in a 25-bed critical access hospital. The successful candidate will work with both inpatients and outpatients, providing rehabilitative care across various units.

Responsibilities

Support occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans.
Assist patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals.
Document patient progress and report findings.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Associate Degree (COTA) from an accredited program.
Current state Occupational Therapy certification.
Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current.
National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification; AOTA and OTAC membership preferred.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
