Travel ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Nationwide Contracts Available
Assignment Type: Travel Contract/Local Contract
ARMStaffing is seeking experienced and compassionate ICU Registered Nurses (RNs) for nationwide travel nursing assignments in top healthcare facilities. If you're ready to take your critical care skills on the road, we’re ready to get you where you’re needed most.
Job Description:
As a Travel ICU RN, you’ll deliver high-quality, patient-focused care in the Intensive Care Unit. You’ll work alongside dedicated healthcare professionals, caring for critically ill patients and responding to life-threatening situations with confidence and expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to ICU patients in accordance with facility protocols
- Monitor vital signs, administer IVs and medications, manage ventilators and other life-support systems
- Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other nurses to implement effective care plans
- Accurately document patient status and care provided
- Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and state/federal regulations
Requirements:
- Active RN license (Compact license preferred)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1–2 years recent ICU experience
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in new environments
