Job Description

Join an esteemed acute care unit where you'll provide exceptional nursing care to patients across various levels of care, from medical-surgical to ICU. As a Registered Nurse, you will work within a team-based care model, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
Perform various procedures including IV starts, EKG monitoring, and wound care.
Engage in daily team meetings to discuss patient treatments and discharge plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Valid RN license in North Carolina.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be completed by the end of orientation.
Minimum of 1 year of med-surg experience preferred; ICU/Stepdown experience is a plus.
