Schedule
Monday - Friday, DAY shifts available: 4 shifts of 9.5 hours (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM) or 5 shifts of 8 hours (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM).
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. The ideal candidate will work independently managing a variety of orthopedic patients and conditions, ensuring high-quality patient care and support. This role involves evaluating patient needs and developing treatment plans to achieve rehabilitation goals.
Responsibilities
- Conduct patient evaluations and assessments.
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide therapeutic interventions and monitor patient progress.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Physical Therapy degree (BS, MPT, DPT) from an accredited program.
- Current New Mexico State PT Licensure.
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in outpatient orthopedics.
