Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse for a Medical Surgical/Telemetry position. The RN will provide comprehensive care to patients of all ages, ensuring high standards of nursing practice and patient care. The candidate must demonstrate proficiency in MS/Tele experience and IV insertion skills.
Responsibilities
- Deliver quality nursing care to a diverse patient population
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and outcomes
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to design and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and strategies for recovery
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Active RN license in the state of Tennessee
- ACLS, BLS, HWC, NIH certifications
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a Medical Surgical/Telemetry setting
