This position offers a shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Radiologic Technologist to perform imaging procedures in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will exhibit expertise in various radiologic techniques, comply with safety and procedural protocols, and support the overall workflow within the imaging department.
Responsibilities
- Conduct radiologic imaging procedures while adhering to safety standards.
- Maintain equipment and ensure the proper functioning of imaging technology.
- Assist in patient positioning and ensure patient comfort during procedures.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide quality care to patients.
- Document and maintain accurate patient records and imaging results.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 5 years of current X-Ray experience.
- Active New York State license and ARRT (R) certification.
- Experience with EPIC EMR is a requirement.
- Prior experience in a Level 1 trauma hospital is preferred.
- Current American Health Association BLS certification.
