Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide high-quality care to our patients. The successful candidate will work as part of a collaborative healthcare team, helping to implement treatment plans developed by licensed occupational therapists.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the implementation of treatment plans for patients
- Monitor patient progress and report on changes
- Educate patients and families on rehabilitation processes and strategies
- Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
- Provide support in daily activities to help patients achieve their goals
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Valid state licensure as a COTA
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
