Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide emergency care to patients in the ER. The primary responsibilities include assessing patient needs, administering treatments and medications, and coordinating with the healthcare team for optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and triage patients effectively.
• Administer medications and intravenous therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and lab results.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Provide education and support to patients and families.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record (Epic).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Room setting.
• Current RN license and certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS must be provided at the time of submission).
• Epic experience at a level 3 or 4 is required.
