Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Electrophysiology Registered Nurse (EP RN) to join our team in the Cardiac Cath Lab. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients undergoing cardiac procedures, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process. This role requires a specialized skill set and an ability to work collaboratively within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
- Assist in electrophysiology procedures, including catheter insertion and mapping.
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Collaborate with the cardiology team to develop treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on care plans and procedures.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current RN license in the state of Florida.
- Experience in Electrophysiology or Cardiac Cath Lab preferred.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
