Registered Nurse - Long Term Care

Schedule

Any 4 × 10-hour shifts. Flexibility is desired for shift determination during the interview process.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a long-term care facility who is committed to providing high-quality nursing services. The RN will work closely with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with established protocols and regulations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and intervene as necessary.
• Document patient care and progress accurately in medical records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create and implement patient care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 or more years of senior nursing facility work experience.
• Prior travel experience is highly preferred.
• Valid RN license and relevant certifications as required.
• Non-PA residents with a minimum of 2 years' experience must complete OAPSA screening.
