8-hour Day Shift, 36 hours guaranteed with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient ortho team in Pasco, WA. The ideal candidate will have experience in outpatient orthopedic settings and a passion for providing high-quality care to patients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and function.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Meet productivity expectations of 60 visits per week, seeing 12-14 patients per day.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Current and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington.
- Preferably 0-3 years of relevant outpatient experience for Level 1 PTs or greater than 3 years for Level 2 PTs.
- Experience in outpatient orthopedics is preferred.
- PTA candidates are also welcome to apply.
