Job Description
We are seeking an experienced X-Ray Technician to join our team in the operating room. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary certifications and experience to perform X-Ray procedures effectively in a surgical environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform X-Ray imaging procedures in the operating room.
- Utilize IV power injectors as needed and maintain certification.
- Ensure the safety and comfort of patients during imaging procedures.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to provide accurate imaging support.
- Maintain and operate imaging equipment following safety protocols.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of current X-Ray experience.
- IV Power Injector Certification is required.
- Operating room experience is essential.
- ARRT certification and current New York State Radiologic Technologist license required.
- Experience with Cerner EMR is required.
- Previous travel experience is highly preferred.
