Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Job Description
Join our team as a Physical Therapist focusing primarily on outpatient orthopedic care. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with geriatric and neurological populations, and gain exposure to a blended role across outpatient, acute care, and inpatient rehabilitation settings.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patients' mobility, strength, and function.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
- Provide therapy interventions and rehabilitation support.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient care.
- Monitor and document patient progress throughout their rehabilitation process.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- Consideration for candidates with acute care or inpatient rehabilitation experience.
