Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with critical care experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a critical care setting, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize care outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and implement care plans.
- Administer medications and manage intravenous therapies.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient care.
- Float to stepdown units as necessary.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Valid RN Licensure.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of critical care nursing experience.
- Experience with EMR systems, specifically MedHost preferred.
Patient Care Details
- Patient ratio: 2:1, 3-4:1 depending on the unit.
- Navy scrubs required.
- Facility has 27 beds.
