Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Emergency Department team. This position is in a high-paced, high-acuity rural emergency setting where you will provide essential care to a diverse patient population. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to patient safety and a willingness to adapt to changing environments.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Emergency Department.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
Monitor patients’ conditions and report changes to the medical staff.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assist in triaging patients and prioritizing workload based on patient acuity.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Current RN license in good standing.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an emergency care setting.
Experience with Peripheral IV, Stroke, Sepsis, and STEMI care is preferred.
Must be available to work 6 weekend shifts in a 6-week period.
