8-hour day shifts with the expectation of working up to 40 hours per week.
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outpatient therapy and be comfortable with a patient load of 12-14 patients per day. You will also be expected to meet a productivity goal of 60 visits per week, with double-booking of follow-up visits anticipated.
Responsibilities
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting.
- Provide therapy interventions to improve patients' mobility and quality of life.
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and clinics as needed for patient care.
- Float to other clinics as required, including locations in Durham, Apex, and surrounding areas.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Outpatient experience preferred.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
- Ability to float between multiple clinic locations.
