This position is for the night shift, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with a commitment of 36 hours per week.
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our ICU/CCU unit. The ideal candidate must have Epic experience and be prepared to float to other units as needed. This position requires a high level of clinical expertise and the ability to manage complex patient care scenarios.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in the ICU/CCU.
- Float to Med Surg/Tele units as required.
- Ensure adherence to medical protocols and standards of care.
- Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain professional documentation in electronic health records (Epic).
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of ICU/CCU experience.
- At least 5 years of RN experience required.
- New York RN license required.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Travel experience is preferred.
