Description

Nursing Position - Acute Rehab and Acute Care Hospital

Schedule

This position requires working every other weekend, with shifts from 08:15 AM to 04:45 PM.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will work in an acute rehab and acute care hospital setting, delivering high-quality patient care and rehabilitation services. This role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patients' recovery and manage their rehabilitation plans effectively.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in compliance with established standards and procedures.
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Monitor and document patients' progress and response to treatments.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate and improve patient outcomes.
Educate patients and their families on treatment protocols and health maintenance.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Valid nursing license applicable to the state.
Completion of Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training.
Current health screenings and immunizations as outlined in the onboarding requirements.
