Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist with home care experience to provide high-quality patient care in a flexible and dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy practices, focusing on evaluations, treatment plans, and therapy interventions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months of Occupational Therapy experience, with recent experience in the last 12 months.
• Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• No hits on state license to practice.
• Active BLS certification from an approved vendor.
• Valid driver’s license to verify residency.
• Travel experience is highly preferred.
