Schedule

8-hour Day Shift, with 36 hours guaranteed and the expectation of working up to 40 hours. Overtime must be approved by the director prior to being worked.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Outpatient Orthopedic team. The ideal candidate will have outpatient experience and will be responsible for evaluating and implementing therapeutic interventions for a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement nonsurgical therapeutic interventions to promote healing and rehabilitation.
• Manage a caseload of 12-14 patients per day, meeting productivity expectations of 60 visits per week.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize patient care and treatment outcomes.
• Utilize double-booking of follow-up visits as necessary to meet patient needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Georgia.
• Outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
