Multimodality Therapist Position

Schedule

This position offers a schedule of Monday through Friday with options for 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, including multi-modality work across home health, outpatient, and acute care settings.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced therapist to work in a multi-modality position, providing care in home health, outpatient, and acute environments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong general experience with a focus on post-op recovery, sports injuries, and geriatrics. The role requires travel to various facilities within a 60-mile radius, including home health visits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evaluations and treatment plans for clients in home health, outpatient, and acute settings.
• Provide therapy interventions tailored to the specific needs of clients, focusing on post-op recovery and sports injuries.
• Ensure comprehensive care for geriatric patients, addressing their unique therapeutic needs.

Required Experience / Certifications

• Extensive experience in outpatient therapy is required.
• Preferably, experience in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
• Certification and licensure appropriate to the therapeutic discipline.

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.
