Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Burn Trauma ICU team. This unit specializes in critical care for burn and trauma patients, providing advanced nursing care with a focus on safety and recovery.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill burn and trauma patients.
- Perform wound care and respond to codes.
- Manage external ventricular drains (EVDs) and blood transfusion protocols.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to devise and implement care plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation through EMR systems.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure
- Must have Trauma, Burn, and Surgical ICU experience.
- Strong communication and critical thinking skills are essential.
- Current RN licensure is required.
- Preferred qualifications include a BSN and CCRN certification.
